Go to http://mail.YOURdomain.com (your domain name goes in the middle)

Login with your email address and password.

Delete all files from your inbox, sent items and deleted items.

Make sure when you set up Outlook that you have it set up to delete messages from the server after 3 days so your account doesn't get full.

Call Desiree at 770 509 8797 if this doesn't work.

Make sure your outgoing server is mail.yourdomain.com (this is your actual domain name like mail.bellawebdesign.com)

Change your outgoing port to 2525 or back to 25 and see what happens. This would be in Tools, Accounts, Click on your Account, Advanced Settings, Outgoing Server.

Check your ISP and make sure you're connected.

Try your ISP's outgoing address instead of your mail.yourdomain.com such as mail.bellsouth.net in the outgoing server area.
